Johnson & Johnson meeting spaces suffer from high misuse and inconsistent reservation practices, resulting in a

lack of a centralized data framework to collect accurate utilization metrics needed for strategic, short or long term changes to overall spaces.
Goal
Establish a standardized data framework using IoT sensor technology providing real-time space utilization metrics, enabling data-driven optimization of corporate spaces, while supporting legal and regulatory compliance worldwide.

The Heatic 2+ provided a wireless battery solution that had no physical camera, rather, using heat detection and AI to measure presence, movement, and occupancy. This removes inherent security risk and allows for hot-swap batteries that wont shut down a buildings sensor collection.

The Portal Beam provides several metrics such as room occupancy, seat use, foot traffic, and environmental monitoring while providing solutions for way finding. It uses bluetooth low energy to transmit data, providing it a long battery life with a camera free solutions.
Vergesense - L302
About L302
The L302 sensor provides a wireless battery operated solution, that magnetically mounts to any ceiling allowing for quick installation without major work. It delivers real time occupancy and communicates with other sensors within its mesh network to send raw data to gateways rather than visual.
Density - Waffle
About Waffle
Waffle provides an alternative, cost-effective solution utilizing a simple, wired mounting style. It can be mounted easily to desks, monitors, or TV's and communicates occupancy usage through cap-count. This approach simplifies data by reporting presence in tiers (0, 1, 2, 3+) rather than full data, making it an option for larger scale, budget-conscious deployments.
