Low-Fidelity Wireframes
Early surveying and research led us to find that two primary objectives were needed for the end product: simplicity, and feature prioritization. We streamlined navigation and adopted familiar interface strategies employed by leading companies to reduce a learning curve.
Branding & Visual Design
High-Fidelity Wireframes & Final Output

Outcome
My tenure with the project ended, and a successful handoff of V1 was given to the next team of talented designers, developers, and visionaries. A key part of this change of hands involved heavy documentation which took an in depth look into my teams process, rationale, and final design outcomes.
Reflection
While my first management role, it taught me a lot about team management, active communication, and design structure often overlooked during individual projects. The scope was some of the largest I had personally been involved in, however despite this we successfully created the first version of the ongoing project.
